Having joined the company in 2022, he successfully launched and scaled Revolut’s licensed branches across Belgium and the Netherlands, driving user growth to over 1 million and 1.5 million customers, respectively. In his expanded role, he oversees regional operations across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, cementing Revolut's transition to a primary bank.

Francesco previously served as Country Manager Europe for Wise, leading its European licensed entity and regional expansion. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from CEMS/UCLouvain and completed an exchange at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, after earning a First Class Honours BBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
