Teemu Kettula is the Compliance Stream Lead at Enento Group Oyj in the Nordic region. In this role, he leads a team dedicated to innovating, identifying, and building market-winning Nordic Compliance products. These products help Enento’s customers maintain regulatory compliance and enhance their end customers’ user experience, such as by streamlining the onboarding process with high-quality data. With 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, Teemu has worked at leading banks in Finland and Switzerland and in Compliance data management companies across the Nordics. He previously served as the Product Owner of Invidem AB (2019-2023), where he collaborated closely with the founding Nordic banks to develop the company from the Nordic KYC Data Standard to a fully operational process, delivering high data quality and a smooth user experience.   Teemu closely follows changes in the European regulatory landscape, with a particular focus on Anti-Money Laundering/Compliance environment. Teemu also follows the Compliance services and data markets, especially within the Nordic start-up scene. This focus is crucial as these areas rapidly evolve to address the regulatory challenges faced by financial institutions.
